Maxime Trijol XO Grande Champagne – a full-bodied nose of aromatic richness and hints of liquorice and touches of vanilla and ceder wood. Full in the mouth, mellow and opulent with notes of dried fruit, spicy oak and little rancio creeping in. Good lenght on the palate with a very smooth, layered finish. Enjoy neat after meal.
