Nadal Green version is one of a range of colours to make Absinthe consumption more fun. 80º green absinthe with a bitter herbal background and a light anise flavour.
Served in a glass, with one part Absinthe and two to four parts cold water, which is poured into the glass through a perforated spoon on which a sugar cube rests, so that it is diluted when the water is passed through.
