The oldest whiskey in the Redbreast range, Redbreast 21 actually contains whiskeys up to 25 years old hand selected by Master Blender Billy Leighton with new levels of depth, flavour and taste. Today Redbreast 21 year old is one of the most awarded whiskeys in the world and is the finest representation of the signature Redbreast sherry style. Using a style of Pot Still whiskey reflective of the Midleton Distillery tradition, Redbreast 21 represents the ultimate expression of Redbreast Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey. The 21 year ageing process introduces new levels of depth, flavour and taste, creating a complex and rewarding whiskey. Abundantly aromatic and fruitful, and produced in very limited quantities, this 21 year old Redbreast is a joy to behold in each and every bottle. Finish lingers, seemingly forever, with oak and an assortment of spices and then, the final bow from barley – where it all began. Soft vanilla taste with toasted oak, sherry nuttiness and a dusting of spices. Luscious fleshy fruit notes complete the silky mouthfeel.

Full Cask-Strength at 57.6% ABV. Made of mash of malted and unmalted barley and then triple distilled in copper Pot Stills, Redbreast 12 years old displays the characteristic full and complex flavour of Pot Still Whiskey. With the distinctive influence of Pot Still Whiskey, which has been matured in a combination of Bourbon seasoned American Oak barrels and Oloroso Sherry seasoned Spanish oak butts, the legendary sherried Redbreast style is a joy to behold in each and every bottle. This very special cask strength expression, gives a rare glimpse of Redbreast 12 years old in its natural full flavoured state.

A complex spicy and fruity aroma with toasted wood notes, with a satisfyingly long, complex and lingering flavours on the palate. The taste is silky smooth with a harmonious balance of spicy, fruity, sherry and toasted notes.

Made exclusively of Pot Still whiskeys matured in the finest oak casks for no less than 15 years. First released in 2005. This bottling was produced for long-time champion, French distributor of Redbreast, and Maltese partner of our company, La Maison du Whiskey, Paris, as part of their 50th Anniversary celebrations. The whiskey, which is comprised of a slightly different formulation to the venerable 12 year old, was bottled at 46% ABV and was non chill filtered. Mash of malted and unmalted barley and then triple distilled in copper Pot Stills, Redbreast 15 years old displays the characteristic full and complex flavour of Pot Still Whiskey. With the distinctive influence of Pot Still Whiskey, which has been matured in sherry casks, the legendary sherried Redbreast style is a joy to behold in each and every bottle. A careful balance of first fill and refill casks accentuates the spices in Redbreast’s signature full and complex flavour. Meticulously crafted in the spirit of tradition, Redbreast 15 sets the standard for depth and balance. The whiskey is an instant hit following its release and in the following year, was named Irish Whiskey of the Year. Well-balanced and mellow, combining the succulence of fleshy fruit with spices and toasted wood. Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is unique to Ireland.
